23 wishes for 23 years...

23 wishes for 23 years...

I spent my birthday this year exactly how I wanted to. It was a fairly normal day but I got to spend my day being reminded of how lucky I am to be surrounded by so many amazing people. People who took time out of their day to call to wish me a happy birthday and those on Facebook and PNN who wished me all good things for the upcoming year. And those close in my life made sure my day was extra special by going out of their way in their day. So for my birthday, instead of making wishes for myself, I  made wishes for everyone around me. Since I turned 23 I chose 23 people..I hope to keep up with this tradition, adding one more person every year.

I wish...

1.     That my sister graduates and finds a successful job in her field

2.     For my other sister to keep amazing me with her talents and personality

3.     For my Mom to be less stressed and have the ability to relax and unwind

4.     My Dad's business to stay successful and may he never lose his passion for photography

5.     For my loving boyfriend to never forget how much I love him and how his love for life inspires me everyday. May he remain as engaged in school as he is now and find a new job that he can enjoy and utilize his incredible abilities.

6.     Lana to succeed beyond all expectations in her new journey through grad school and may she adapt to a new city, with new friends and new adventures.

7.     Lauren to love her new life in Morocco and be comforted knowing everyone back home is so proud of her and admires her success and determination.

8.     Kathleen, to find peace at home and to find her ideal job after graduation.

9.     I have been blessed to still have three grandparents (who are all in their 90s!) whom I love dearly. May they all continue to be filled with the joy and wisdom in their elder years and remain in good health.

10.  For Angela to finish nursing school and get the job of her dreams. She's worked long and hard and she totally deserves it.

11.  For Paul to finish school, continue to be happy at his job, and find a woman to love who won't break his heart...and to start listening to better music ;p

12.  To all my PNN ladies. your support, guidance, advice, and humor has been overwhelming and I am so happy I found you all. I wish you and your families much happiness.

13.   Stacey, I wish we remained closer friends but I hope life treats you well and you make amends with your family.

14.  To my fellow coworkers who taught me everything I now know about publishing I am forever grateful and hope you all grow within the company and make lots of money!

15.  For my cat Abby, I wish you 9 more lives since I want to keep you forever.

16.  My Europe family, I wish we all could have one big reunion and party on the beach at Nice one last time. In the meantime I hope you all have been bite by the travel bug and continue to explore the wonders of our world.

17.  To all men and women in the armed forces, I may not know you personally but am forever grateful for the sacrifices you make so I can live safely and comfortably. I in turn wish for your safety and a quick return home to your loved ones.

18.  Maureen, your ability to always give to others is so inspiring. I want you be given the acknowledgement for all that you do and be recognized for all your achievements.

19.   Kali, the summer we spent working together forever changed my outlook on life and I have you to thank. May you keep trying to publish your work.; you have a remarkable gift to see the world the way it was meant to be seen and I wish more people could see your perspective.

20.  To Cara and Sean, may you always stay so sweet and innocent

21.  Cat, may your life always be filled with your crazy stories, and you continue your love for traveling and zest for life.

22.  Theresa, I wish you a long, happy marriage, and maybe even for a baby!

23.  Carolyn, as the busy season approaches I wish you don't get too overwhelmed and run yourself dry. Don't bite off more than you can chew!
